Workplace Health and Safety

At Cítricos La Paz, the health, safety and well-being of the workforce is our highest priority. It is our responsibility to protect our workers and make sure we implement adequate health and safety management systems to help us identify hazards and prevent accidents, injuries and illnesses in the workplace.

We have occupational safety professionals within our Human Resources department who are dedicated to performing risk and safety assessments.

A defibrillator has been installed in our facilities and a training course has been given to workers on its correct use as well as basic first aid measures, such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

The ongoing pandemic has posed a significant challenge. As a core business, an urgent response was required to ensure that all of our workspaces were safe from COVID-19. Various measures have been implemented in this regard to guarantee the health of our workers. For this reason, we have been awarded the Good Practices certificate against Covid-19, demonstrating our effort and dedication to guaranteeing workplace safety.
