To address this gap in terms of both pay and gender, we are dedicated to increasing the number of women in leadership positions.

For this reason, we are developing key management strategies to identify and promote talented women to managerial positions.

We strive to promote gender equality through improved flexible schedule policies and policies that consider family responsibilities. We also guarantee the same salary for men and women for the same work or job role.
