We are committed to avoid retaliation and providing our workers with well-analysed solutions. We want to make sure workers across the company feel supported in raising an issue knowing that it will be addressed constructively.
As part of our strategy, we are seeking to improve internal communications with workers both in the packing plant, as well as in offices and farms. Workers have a contact telephone number and a suggestion box where they can comment directly and anonymously on any of their problems or concerns.
